With over 30 years of experience in international development organizations, including more than 20 years in senior leadership roles, I have become a recognized expert in sustainable development and agronomy. I have had the privilege of working with esteemed organizations such as MEDA, SNV, CARE, and GIZ, where I have successfully led various projects and initiatives aimed at transforming communities and improving livelihoods.

I have a PhD in Agronomy and have dedicated my career to implementing innovative strategies that not only enhance agricultural productivity but also promote environmental conservation. My approach integrates agroecological practices, empowers smallholder farmers through training, and fosters collaboration with local governments, NGOs, and the private sector.
